We also appreciate that you have continued to work with us to ensure that we were happy with the house when problems arose with the builder's punchlist. | I would like to express my sincerest thanks to the
outstanding service that Patrick Conner provided during the search and purchase of our first home. Patrick is a very patient and caring person that listened to what we were looking for and let us make the decisions as to what home was right us instead of "selling" us a house. He had all the resources we needed from the right mortgage broker(who was incredible to work with also) to inspections and information about the local area and history of the neighborhood and what shopping was nearby...the list goes on. He even negotiated a deal that worked for us and our financial status, being newly-wed and all. We were reluctent to begin the process after hearing the difficulties of other people during the home buying process, but thats because they didn't work with Patrick Conner. We highly recommend his services to anyone and everyone that is in need of realty. Patrick was recommended to us by a colleague that also paid great tribute, now we know why. My husband and I were relocating from Memphis, TN to Powhatan, VA. Patrick helped us turn a stressful situation into a pleasantly smooth transition. When we needed information on schools, electric companies or finding the right cell phone carrier, he was there for us. With this being our first home purchase we didn't know whom we could trust. Soon we came to realize that he was sincerely an honorable person and we could trust him. He assisted us in understanding the procedures as well as protected our best interest every step of the way. Patrick returned all of our calls within minutes, answered any questions we had, whether it was during work hours or after. He actually left his son’s birthday party to show us a house just because the time was suitable for us. He also showed us the same house twice in one day per our request. When we finally found the house we wanted to buy, he made sure we had an inspector and stood in for us at the inspection when we could not attend. He even offered to put the screens on the windows of the house we were buying on his own time. We called him after closing, not knowing what to do when we had found carpenter ants in our new home. He personally contacted the lawyer for us and explained what to do from there. He made us feel as though we had a friend rather than a real estate agent and we thank God for him everyday. He is the kind of agent you would want to represent your fine company. I would certainly recommend him to anyone buying a home. We feel he really did go above and beyond his call of duty for us. We took the time to write this letter because we believe Patrick deserves recognition for his exemplary work. We don't know what great things he has done for others, but we can tell you that he has helped us immensely. We highly respect him and value him as a man of his word.
